Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled customer service representative to join our team at our Ascot facility. This role will involve answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, identifying garments with their correct prices, providing marketing assistance, ironing orders, and performing various administrative tasks.
This is a casual position requiring a minimum of 3 days per week, and must be able to work 8am to 12pm on Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage customer orders
- Identify garments with their correct prices and ensure accurate information is provided to customers
- Provide marketing assistance and support the effective running of the facility
- Iron orders and perform other general administrative duties

- Ability to work on your own initiative and manage your time effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
This position offers:
- Casual working arrangement with a minimum of 3 days per week
- Flexible Saturday hours from 8am to 12pm
- Opportunity to study or work on other projects for the company
Please note that this is a casual position, and you must be available to work on Saturdays. We are looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy, and has excellent communication skills.
