As a Client Service Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless client experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to financial advisers and clients.

- Preparing and processing financial documentation.
- Coordinating appointments and maintaining client records.
- Liaising with financial institutions and stakeholders.

About You

- A minimum of 3 years experience in financial planning, banking, or a related industry

- Proficiency in Xplan financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
