**About the Company**

Our client are a well known and respected Certified Practicing Accounting firm that offers business advisory solutions to business and individuals. They have been in operation for over 20 years and are experts in their field.

**About the role**

They are looking for an outcomes focused Client Services Coordinator who will be responsible for providing top tier support to their clients and supporting a team of 6 Accountants on the administrative side.

**Duties**
- Working closely with 1 Partners and 5 Accountants
- Providing support to their clients
- Typing correspondence letters
- Invoicing and debtors
- Organising payment plans
- Answering any client queries with appropriate
- Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office
- Lodgement of documents
- Maintaining the database and updating any information when required
- Filing and scanning
- Lodgements of individual tax returns through the ATO Portal
- Reception relief
- Monthly reporting

**Skills & Experience**
- Administration/Client Services experience within an accounting firm
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multi task
- Driven to succeed
- Experience in using Xero would be highly regarded however not essential.
