Our Melbourne Bureau seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Coordinator to provide exceptional service to our clients. This role requires the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy in tasks such as photocopying, printing, and scanning.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work with various client locations within the Melbourne CBD when needed, ensuring seamless communication between our Melbourne Bureau and clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Distribute incoming mail and packages, and perform other administrative tasks as required

As a successful Client Service Coordinator, you should possess:

  • Knowledge of the legal industry
  • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments where accuracy is crucial
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility and willingness to go above and beyond when required
  • Proficient IT skills with a sound knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
