Senior Client Liaison Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with Referral Partners, clients, Allied Health Services, and family members to ensure quality services are delivered within Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential reporting systems, auditing Referral Partners based on performance and standards.
- Onboarding new Referral Partners via phone or in-person consultations, ensuring smooth sign-up processes and client paperwork is completed appropriately.
- Client management, including assisting Referral Partners through the review process and providing guidance on budgets and client spending.
- Liaising with clients, their families, employees, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional care while striving for better outcomes.
Requirements:
- Critical thinking skills, enabling effective problem-solving and time management.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills, fostering relationships with clients, their families, and employees.
- Ability to learn new systems, policies, and procedures, driving business growth and development.
- Aged Care experience, particularly in Community Home Care and Customer Service, enhancing service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Intermediate MS Office computer skills, supporting administrative tasks and data analysis.
