**The Opportunity**

Do you enjoy variety, responsibility, and making things happen? Chatoyer Environmental is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Internal Sales team member to support their sales team, manage customer relationships, and coordinate warehouse logistics.

You'll play a central role in keeping the sales engine running smoothly - from answering customer enquiries and generating quotes to dispatching orders and managing inventory in our Maroochydore warehouse. It's a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves structure, and takes pride in doing a bit of everything to keep the wheels turning.

**Key Outcomes of the Role**
- Answers incoming calls in a friendly and efficient way, passes on queries to the right person, and records messages for any missed calls.
- Takes client orders and enters them into Business Central 365, ensuring everything is accurate and following the correct steps.
- Handles customer questions by giving quotes, sharing product or service info, and explaining pricing, while highlighting the benefits of what the company offers.
- Deals with customer complaints about products or services, or passes them on to the right team when needed.
- Uses our CRM to help the sales team by generating leads, following up on quotes, updating the pipeline, and keeping records current.
- Help the sales team with quotes when needed to avoid delays and speed things up.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate dispatch and stock management, supporting basic inventory and logistics coordination

**About You**

You are someone who:

- Has at least 1 year of experience in internal sales, warehousing, or logistics (or a mix of all three).
- Has excellent communication skills and enjoys helping customers and colleagues.
- Is proactive, organised and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Has experience using business systems like Business Central 365 or similar (desirable).
- Enjoys rolling up their sleeves and doing what's needed to support the team.
- Has a sound understanding of English, both spoken and written.
- Has knowledge of environmental or industrial products (desirable).
