Anzor is a specialist supplier of stainless steel fasteners & fittings to the engineering and manufacturing markets in New Zealand & Australia. Founded in 1993 in NZ and expanding to Australia in 2012, we're friendly, professional and hardworking people who enjoy delivering excellent service to our growing customer base, and have some fun along the way.

Our Brisbane branch is seeking an Internal Sales person to perform a mixture of inbound and outbound sales.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Outbound sales - managing existing customer relationships with outbound phone calls, seeking to maintain & grow their sales. Also possibly some customer visiting as required, including 'Kanban servicing' - maintaining inventory of items Anzor supplies at the customer's site.
- Following up on quotes and getting feedback.
- Building positive relationships through a friendly & helpful approach.
- Updating the CRM.
- Assisting with trade counter service, warehouse duties, purchasing & admin, as required.

**We're after someone with**:

- Experience in internal or external sales or a B2B customer service role.
- Fastenings/fittings knowledge would be a plus but isn't required as training will be provided.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good numeracy skills & attention to detail.

- Products include: Fasteners, Marine Fittings, Wire Rope, BSP Fittings, Valves, Retainers.
- Ability to source fasteners & fittings from a large network of international suppliers.
- Has a focus on technology with an e-commerce website & a barcode scanning App option for re-ordering.

**Salary**- negotiable, according to experience & skills.
