Responsibilities

A leading manufacturing tools company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Internal Sales & Sales Support professional to join their Queensland-based team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth sales operations and delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently
  • Organising freight and logistics via internal freight portal
  • Issuing invoices to customers and managing related documentation
  • Providing customers with accurate pricing and stock availability
  • Maintaining and updating customer master data
  • Supporting sales price updates and pricing administration
  • Preparing weekly and monthly sales performance reports
  • Coordinating trade show logistics including stands, products, flights, and accommodation
  • Supporting promotional campaigns with buying groups and managing promotional materials
  • Maintaining product catalogues by updating descriptions, pricing, and images; adding/removing products as needed

Your Profile

  • Previous experience in internal sales within a manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus
  • Background in the manufacturing or industrial tools sector is highly regarded
