Our client is a leading supplier of process control equipment and related products nationally, serving customers in various industries such as Chemical, Oil and Gas, Refining, Power Generation, Water & Waste Water, Food & Beverage, and Mineral Processing Industries.
We are currently seeking an Internal Salesperson to join our team and help drive our sales efforts.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to identify and pursue sales opportunities
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals based on customer requirements and specifications
- Coordinate with internal teams such as engineering, operations, and logistics to ensure timely and successful delivery of orders
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities and market trends
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in internal sales / estimation within process control industry or related mechanical industries such as pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, or others
- Willingness to learn - They will provide full training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and interpret customer requirements and specifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
