**Position Overview**: As an Apprentice Boat Builder, you will embark on an exciting career path, learning the art and science of boat building from our experienced craftsmen. This full-time apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop valuable skills, and grow within a reputable company. You will be involved in various stages of boat construction, including design, assembly, and finishing, ensuring every vessel meets our exacting standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the construction of high-quality boats, following detailed plans and specifications.
- Operate and maintain a variety of hand tools and machinery.
- Collaborate with experienced team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Participate in continuous training and professional development opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Genuine interest and passion for the marine industry and boat building.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and machinery is advantageous.
