We are a low volume and custom boatbuilding company looking for staff interested in the manufacture of Fibreglass fishing boats, currently looking to expand our small team and provide a gateway into the marine industry.

Every boat we create is unique, so we work closely with our customers and dealers to meet their expectations

With comprehensive onsite training provided, there is no experience required however previous work in the industry is an advantage

With new models in progress we continue to innovate and invest in new manufacturing processes including infusion and rtm moulding

We value hard work and dedication, with financial incentives for long term progression

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ROLES

  • Working as a team
  • Preparing moulds
  • Competently using hand and power tools safely
  • Measuring and weighing resins and paints
  • Sanding and preparing surfaces
  • Laminating fibreglass components
  • Assembly of boats and componentry pieces
  • Fit out of boats including electronics
  • Preparation of vacuum bags and infusion moulding processes
  • Attention to detail of the finished product and surfaces
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

ABOUT YOU

  • Must be punctual
  • Experience in the boating or fibreglass industry (not essential)
  • Have the ability to work both unsupervised and with a team
  • Take pride in your work
  • An eye for detail
  • Communication skills
  • An interest in the fishing and boating space (not essential)
