Skilled Boat Tradesperson

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a skilled tradesperson in boat building. This is an exciting opportunity to learn the art and science of boat construction from experienced craftsmen.

About the Role:

  • Assist in the fabrication of high-quality boats, adhering to detailed plans and specifications.
  • Operate and maintain a variety of hand tools and machinery
  • Collaborate with experienced team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Participate in continuous training and professional development opportunities.
  • Genuine interest and passion for the marine industry and boat building.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions.Basic knowledge of hand tools and machinery is advantageous.Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and techniques.Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic?
