Razorcraft Boats is offering 2–4 paid student placements for ACP learners currently enrolled in the Certificate IV in Boating Services.
Razorcraft is a specialist manufacturer of high-performance racing and recreational boats, known for precision engineering, innovation, and a passion for speed on water.
This is a rare opportunity to join a small, skilled team and gain real-world boat building experience in a hands-on, performance-driven environment.
Students will be working in a boutique-style workshop where quality craftsmanship and attention to detail are key.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the construction and assembly of racing boats
Learn fibreglass lay-up, cutting, and fitout techniques
Support surface preparation and finishing tasks
Help with installation of hull fittings, hardware, and accessories
Maintain workshop cleanliness and assist the build team where needed
What We're Looking For:
ACP student enrolled in the Certificate IV in Boating Services
Passion for boats, racing, and marine craftsmanship
Hands-on attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
Comfortable working in a small, high-performance workshop team
Available Monday to Thursday (3 paid days + 1 unpaid training day)
Additional Info:
Casual employment
Hourly rate aligned with the Manufacturing Award
Covered under ACP's formal placement MOU
