Power Master services are a dynamic and growing marine services company with a reputation for excellence in boat maintenance & repairs.  Our team works on a wide range of vessels delivering high-quality craftsmanship and innovative solutions. A family friendly business, we are looking to enhance our team with further experienced and motivated operatives along with an apprenticeship opportunity.

With an eye for detail, every job is carried out to the highest of standards, you will be responsible for repairs and maintenance of marine vessels. This is a hands-on role requiring precision, problem-solving, and a passion for marine craftsmanship.

Power Master Services Pty Ltd operate out of Patterson Lakes Marina, all lifting & docking services are on site, along with large workshops.  Operating alongside an established boat servicing business, we can offer our customers a one stop service and maintenance experience.  Creating great long term stable work for our staff.

  • Fibreglass Repair's
  • Gelcoat Repair's
  • 2 Pack Spray Painting
  • Detailing (Cleaning)
  • Boat Maintenance
  • Antifouling, Spraying & Sanding
  • Prop Speed Application
  • Timber Varnishing

About You

  • Proven experience
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
  • Good communication skills.
  • Efficient time management skills.
  • Current Victorian driver's license (preferred but not essential).
  • Current Victorian Boat License (preferred but not essential).
  • Right to work in Australia.
