A bit more about you
This job is for someone who thrives leading a highly skilled sales team by providing advice and direction, coordinating strategic GTM approaches into an allocated market whilst driving a collaborative and high performing culture whilst being a highly regarded sales leader amongst peers and customers alike.

What you'll have

A hands on leadership style to lead a performance related culture in the sales environment

Coordinate sales teams to ensure the most effective use of the sales eco-system and sales resources

Outstanding presentation & communication skills (both verbal and written), including storytelling

Deep understanding of the market, and executive level relationships with key customers across industries, ensuring they see Adobe as a strategic business partner.

Is able to quickly grasp changing business situations and put together solutions to solve for business needs
