Digital Performance Optimisation Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Performance Optimisation Manager to join our team on a 12-month arrangement.

This is a fantastic opportunity to drive digital performance and customer experience across multiple channels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital sales and service strategies that improve customer experience and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Supporting the development of customer journeys through research and insights.
  • Using analytics tools to track and optimise conversion funnels.
  • Leading end-to-end management of digital initiatives ensuring compliance with risk frameworks.
  • Helping to achieve sales and service targets by optimising customer journeys.
