The **Business Partnership Lead** is responsible for driving sales and building strategic partnerships that expand Scope's Employment Pathway services. You will actively develop new business, retain existing customers, and manage accounts to ensure high service levels and client satisfaction.

This role also involves working closely with supported employees in our production environment, coaching them on the packaging floor as part of Scope's inclusive employment programs. It's well-suited to someone with strong relationship-building skills and the proven ability to work both strategically and operationally in a growing organisation.
**Responsibilities**:
- Drive sales and grow customer relationships for Scope's Employment Pathway services.
- Actively develop new business through sales acquisition, retaining existing customers
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring high service levels and timely resolution of queries or complaints.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with Scope's packaging capabilities. Lead, coach, and support employees in task completion while promoting inclusive workplace practices.
- Oversee production and operational processes, including inventory, product specifications, and job setup.
- Performing production support tasks on the packaging floor as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check
- Must have full-time working rights in Australia
- NSW Drivers License
- Someone culturally aware, inclusive, and aligned with Scope's mission of disability inclusion.
