We are looking for a **Partner Operations Manager**to lead and optimise our Campaign Operations and Dynamic Operations teams, ensuring the seamless and timely release of our product offerings to our consumers.
This is a key role in our Commercial Operations team, requiring leadership, collaboration, and a focus on operational excellence. The Partner Operations Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the partner experience, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance while maximizing speed to market across hotels, tours, cruises, and tactical campaigns.
**What You'll Be Responsible For**:
- Leading a high-performing Commercial Operations team to deliver an exceptional partner experience from onboarding to post-campaign analysis.
- Optimizing campaign production to ensure releases are timely, high-quality, and aligned with commercial objectives.
- Managing workflow and SLAs to maximize efficiency and ensure smooth product launches.
- Implementing continuous process improvements, leveraging technology and best practices to streamline operations.
- Owning key operational systems, including Salesforce, and driving enhancements to support Marketplace and Flash products.
- Ensuring compliance with ACCC regulations and internal contractual guidelines across all digital campaigns and partner agreements.
- Acting as the key escalation point for compliance queries and process roadblocks.
- Monitoring live campaigns, ensuring inventory levels are optimized and revenue opportunities are maximized.
- Developing and coaching team members, ensuring they have the tools and training needed to perform at their best.
- Collaborating with stakeholders, including Commercial, Tech, Finance, and Customer Service teams, to drive operational success.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Proven experience in operations, campaign management, or partner success within the travel or e-commerce industry.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience managing teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in Salesforce, API troubleshooting, and workflow optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- A data-driven approach with a keen eye for process efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Understanding of ACCC regulations and compliance frameworks in a commercial setting.
