Finance Business Partner
Are you a finance professional ready to step out from behind the spreadsheets and into a role where you can really influence the business? We're looking for a Finance Business Partner who's as comfortable with data as they are with people, someone who thrives in complexity, takes ownership, and gets things done.
About the role
This role is all about bridging finance and operations. You'll be the key commercial support for a fast-moving, high-volume business, driving month-end processes, preparing forecasts and budgets, and helping the team understand their numbers.
You will be the one making sense of the data, identifying trends, presenting insights, and guiding decisions. You'll be working closely with a broad range of stakeholders, so you'll need to understand what matters to them and communicate financial information in a way that drives action.

This role can be based at either our Dandenong South, Deer Park, or Laverton site. We also offer a hybrid work model, with the flexibility to work from home.
What you'll be doing
- Leading month-end, budget, and forecast processes
- Translating financial data into clear, actionable insights
- Working closely with operational teams to track performance and drive accountability
- Presenting commercial updates and recommendations to stakeholders
- Supporting continuous improvement and problem-solving across the business
About you
- You've got a solid finance background and you're ready to apply it in a more commercial setting
- You're analytical, curious, and confident interpreting data (even when it's not perfect)
- You're resilient, self-sufficient, and know how to prioritise when the pressure's on
- You're a clear communicator who can engage with all levels of the business
- CPA or CA qualified (or working towards it)
- Comfortable with statewide (and sometimes interstate) travel
