**Partner Operations Analyst **opportunity to join our business.

This role is a key part of the Enterprise & Government Sales Enablement and the Channel & Alliance teams.
The Partner Operations Analyst is responsible for key elements of the Partner Solutions process including strategic partner onboarding, maintaining strategic partner portals and certifications and specifically the strategic partner Purchase Order process.
We are looking for someone who can work independently and has a growth and business improvement mindset.
This role is a 12 month Fix Term Contract and can be based in Perth, Melbourne or Sydney.
**What's the day to day?**
- Checks commercial elements of deals including product set, price, margin and ensures any orders raised on Strategic Partners are supported by the right paperwork and are in line with the opportunity Deal Approvals
- Work with Delivery (the relevant Project Manager or Coordinator) to understand the implementation plan for the opportunity and work with them to ensure the Strategic Partner delivers against Statement of Work. (NOTE: the aligned Partner Manager is responsible for dispute resolution with the Partner)
- Process and manages purchase orders related to customer services ordered via Partners
- Liaise with Billing to ensure the Customers "First Bill" is correct
- Liaise with Finance/Accounts Payable to ensure Partners first invoice is correct. Assist Partners with queries on invoices / billing
- Supports Finance with monthly P&L alignment and revenue assurance audits as required (Cost of Sale v Revenue)
- Manages strategic partner portals - is the single point of contact for log in's / deal registration / customer onboarding
- Manages partner certification (Ensure Vocus is meeting their agreed certification levels with all Strategic Vendors Google, Equinix, Next DC, Cisco, Senetas, Cynterra)
- Contributes to Strategic Relationship Management QBR's - by keeping track of joint pipeline reporting for all partners
- Administers Strategic Alliance / Vendor Joint Plans (Governance and compliance)
**What you will need to be successful**:
- You have the full rights to work in Australia. You are a Permanent Resident or an Australian citizen.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in IT Hardware/Software or Distributions business
- Proficient in what they do and has attention to detail
- Financial / commercial acumen (at least an understanding of the accounts payable/ receivable process in a company / understanding of margin)
- Telecommunications experience is a plus.
- Good relationship / communication skills / pleasurable to work with (this role will have a number of external facing relationships with Vendors and Alliances)
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement up to GM level
- Process oriented - ideally with a business improvement mindset
- Understanding of Salesforce, Service Now, Pronto would be a bonus
