Your Role
As a Human Resources Graduate, you will work with the experienced HR team as well as neighbouring functions in supporting end-to-end processes that service the wider group.
You will gain exposure to a variety of roles contained within the function of the business, whilst dealing with hands-on challenges that will require effective solutions. We will aim to develop you with a broader understanding of the strategic nature of this function and pair you with some of our best HR professionals.
Broadly speaking, you will gain generalist experience in many of the following activities that encompass Human Resources; talent management & recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, industrial relations, maintenance of personal records, the development and implementation of site-wide policies and procedures, staff training, and learning and development
About you
**We require that you have the following prerequisites**:
- Having completed a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree in the past 2 years.
- At least a 65 grade point average
- An Australian citizen or an Australian PR
