Human Resource Graduate Opportunity

This is a career-defining graduate program that offers hands-on experience in various human resource roles within partner agencies. As a HR graduate, you'll contribute to people-centric and human resource functions from recruitment to policy development.

Eligibility Criteria
  • You must be an Australian citizen at the time of application.
  • You must have completed or be completing by 31 December 2026, at least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field such as Business, Psychology, Commerce, or Arts.
  • Your most recent eligible qualification must have been completed between 1 January 2022 and 31 December 2026.
  • You must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Australian Government security clearance.
  • You must be willing to undergo any police, character, health, or other checks required.
