This is a career-defining graduate program that offers hands-on experience in various human resource roles within partner agencies. As a HR graduate, you'll contribute to people-centric and human resource functions from recruitment to policy development.
Eligibility Criteria- You must be an Australian citizen at the time of application.
- You must have completed or be completing by 31 December 2026, at least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field such as Business, Psychology, Commerce, or Arts.
- Your most recent eligible qualification must have been completed between 1 January 2022 and 31 December 2026.
- You must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Australian Government security clearance.
- You must be willing to undergo any police, character, health, or other checks required.
- You should have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You should have social skills.
- You should be able to contribute to a professional, respectful, and positive workplace.
- You should be willing to learn and adapt.
- You should be able to comply with APS Values and the APS Code of Conduct.
