Job Description

As a People & Culture Advisor, you will collaborate with Retail leaders and Area Managers on employee relations and case management.

  • You will provide support to Retail leaders and Area Managers with lower complexity employee relations and case management.
  • You will assist with generalist HR tasks within a mid-sized company or Retail business context.
  • You will engage with business leaders to offer HR support and advice.
  • You will handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain strong communication.
About This Role

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A recent graduate degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Some hands-on HR experience through internships, office-based roles, or work in a mid-sized company.
  • Casual retail or hospitality experience during studies is beneficial.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • A confident, organised, and proactive communicator who works well with others.
