HR Generalist Role

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in human resources principles and practices, with the ability to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting.

The Opportunity

This role presents an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain valuable experience in human resources, working closely with senior executives and developing skills in areas such as employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to employment-related queries with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee data and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Support employee onboarding processes and collaborate with the Talent team to deliver high-quality induction programs.
  • Assist with recruitment initiatives, including advertising job vacancies and coordinating interview panels.
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies, ensuring seamless delivery of HR services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Some experience in HR or a related field, with a genuine interest in developing your career.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach.
  • Confidence using MS Office, with experience in HRIS systems an advantage.
