**About the role**:
**Westpoint Star Mercedes Benz **in **Osborne Park** is looking for a highly motivated **Warranty Administrator **with exceptional organisational skills**.**

Reporting to the Service Manager, this role is integral to the administration support of the Service Department.

It is the role of the Warranty Administrator to process all documentation relating to the service of light vehicles and vans whilst within warranty period. It's imperative that the Warranty Administrator maintains clear records, a customer service focus and deals with warranty issues in a timely manner.

**Tasks involved in this role will include**:

- Compile and complete warranty claims following guidelines set by the manufacturer
- Keep valid, current and legible records of all claims submitted
- Maintain warranty storage of return parts and return all parts requested
- Submit transport and hidden damage claims
- Complete costing of repair orders and assist in other department costing duties, as required by management.

**About you**:
**You will ideally possess**:

- Desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Full Australian manual driver's license.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Experience within costing in automotive industry (highly regarded but not essential)
- Experience with ERA software (highly regarded but not essential)
