**About the Role**

An exciting opportunity has become available for a self-motivated individual to join our Guildford branch on a full-time basis. You will be primarily responsible for the administration of retail, warranty and contract maintenance claims and invoices for our new trucks.

**The Successful Applicant**

To be successful in this role you will be a demonstrated problem solver with a positive and proactive attitude with the ability to work in a team environment. In addition you will possess:

- Previous experience in an automotive environment (desirable although not essential)
- understanding of the warranty process
- Willing to learn new skills in a supportive environment
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Solid computer literacy skills and knowledge of MS Office
