Warranty Administrator Position

Our organization is seeking a professional Warranty Administrator to manage warranty claims and provide exceptional customer service to dealerships across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage warranty claims from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with customers, dealerships, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Utilize computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to track and manage claims
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of warranty activity
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a warranty or customer service role is highly regarded
