Reporting to the **Warranty Manager**, the **Warranty Administrator** will be responsible for providing general day-to-day administration support to the Warranty Department and wider function. They will ensure that databases are maintained in a timely and accurate manner in order for the team to meet WesTrac's quality assurance and audit objectives.

Location: Perth Precinct - Guildford

Roster: 5/2, 8hrs

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Data entry experience with an ability to record data accurately
- Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment with ability to prioritise workloads
- Good IT skills with experience of using MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience of providing excellent customer service
- Highly developed administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbal
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
