**What You'll Do**:
**Customer & Sales Support**
- Process sales orders, generate quotes, and maintain customer accounts.
- Assist with counter sales and provide product information as needed.
- Track and coordinate orders to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Follow up on outstanding orders and manage back-order reports.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve processes.
- Process credits, returns, and supplier purchase orders.
- Proactively engage with customers to strengthen relationships and drive repeat business.

**Operational Support**
- Ensure all transactions and records are processed accurately.
- Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers as required.
- Follow company guidelines on trading terms, approvals, and account status.
- Maintain compliance with workplace safety and quality assurance standards.

**What You'll Bring**:
**Essential**:

- Experience in customer service, internal sales, or order processing.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or ERP systems.
- A team player with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

**Desirable**:

- Exposure to the **manufacturing, industrial, or wholesale distribution sectors**.
- Understanding of sales order workflows and stock management.
- Previous experience in a trade counter or B2B sales environment.
