The Regional Manager for Ultrasound & Genetics will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the existing Ultrasound businesses including MUFW and SUFW. You will provide overall management, governance, administration and commercial leadership with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering the best-in-class patient care. Additionally, you will lead the development and growth of the Genetic Diagnostic business by determining and advancing strategies as defined by the Executive Leadership and Board of Directors. You will drive Employee and Clinician engagement and your well-respected leadership style and ability to build positive relationships will enrich the workplace culture.
**Leading a high achieving operational management team, the Regional Manager Ultrasound & Genetics will be responsible for**:
- Managing the day to day commercial aspects of the Ultrasound and Genetics business units
- Working collaboratively with Monash IVF Group and key stakeholders in aligning local service delivery with a nationally consistent approach to patient experience
- Providing support to Clinicians in achieving and maintaining clinical excellence in women's ultrasound and related services
- Monitoring revenue and expenditure to improve financial performance
- Continuously reviewing and improving patient experience
- Leading a team of Operations Managers to implement the organisation's strategic direction
- Driving Employee and Clinician engagement to create an inclusive workplace culture

- Tertiary qualifications in Business, or a related discipline
- At least five (5) years' experience or more in a leadership or operational management related role
- Competency to lead, manage, develop and mentor staff remotely
- A track record of building high performing and engaged teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build relationships with Clinicians and staff
- Influencing capability across a complex stakeholder base
- Knowledge of the healthcare quality systems, accreditation processes and regulations
- Demonstrated business and commercial acumen
- A willingness to fit in and embrace the Monash IVF Group Mission and Principles
