Job Title: Ultrasound Applications Specialist

The Ultrasound Applications Specialist provides technical and clinical support during the sales process, focusing on NSW. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality customer experiences through product demonstrations, training, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert product demonstrations to customers as needed, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Develop and coordinate product training programs for customers, ensuring they have the necessary skills to utilize our Voluson ultrasound platforms effectively.
  • Improve customer satisfaction and retention by providing regular continuing education on equipment optimization and utilization.
  • Support trade shows and conferences by performing product demonstrations and promoting customer training opportunities.
  • Contribute to sales strategies by leveraging market and product knowledge.
  • Promote customer satisfaction and provide feedback through well-written reports and regular updates.
  • Foster team communication and share best practices to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Active professional clinical/technical certifications are essential for scanning live patients.
  • Demonstrated basic scanning proficiencies on current products/platforms are required.
  • At least 3 years of clinical or technical experience with demonstrated skills in specific areas or at least 2 years of commercial applications/modality experience are necessary.
  • Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products is a must.
  • Willingsness to travel extensively within the specified region and nationwide is expected.
