Job Title

The Ultrasound Specialist plays a vital role in the sales process, delivering technical support to customers across NSW, primarily within the Women's Health segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical guidance during sales interactions by showcasing product features to customers
  • Develop and deliver product training sessions for customers on software, application, and equipment use
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through continuous education and improvement
  • Support trade shows and industry conferences with product demonstrations and customer training
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales, marketing, and customer service strategies
  • Produce comprehensive post-training reports and provide actionable feedback on customer satisfaction
  • Facilitate open communication and share best practices among the team
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Active professional clinical/technical certifications are essential for scanning live patients
  • Demonstrated current basic clinical scanning proficiency on current products is mandatory
  • A minimum of 3 years of clinical/technical experience or 2 years of commercial applications/modality experience is required
  • Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite products, is necessary
  • Ability to travel extensively within specified geographic regions is essential
