Guest Services Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Expert to deliver exceptional service and elevate our brand.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for anticipating guests' needs, addressing concerns, and creating personalized experiences aligned with our standards. They will serve as a key contact for VIP guests, handle special requests, and coordinate with departments to ensure seamless service.

  • Ensure guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service from arrival to departure, personally greeting VIPs and Loyalty Members, and managing special requests.
  • Anticipate and tailor services to guest preferences, including arranging amenities, bookings, and dining reservations.
  • Collaborate with front office, housekeeping, F&B, and concierge to meet guest expectations and provide daily updates on VIP and Loyalty Members.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, preferences, complaints, and resolutions, and report insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Adjust staffing rosters to ensure optimal coverage for guest needs.

Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in a premium or luxury hotel, focusing on Guest Services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, committed to excellent guest service.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Opera PMS.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid Australian Working Rights.
