**We are seeking to hire 2x Part Time Security and Brand Ambassadors to join our amazing team at Coach Emporium.**

We're looking for a vigilant and customer-focused Retail Security Officer to join our team and help create a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our customers and staff. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting and takes pride in protecting people and assets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Security Duties**:

- Act as a visible deterrent to theft and anti-social behavior
- Monitor CCTV and security systems to ensure store safety
- Respond to incidents calmly and professionally
- Support loss prevention strategies and investigations
- Collaborate with store teams to manage crowd control and enforce policies
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a security presence
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Support the achievement of the store's shrinkage financial imperatives and strategic objectives.

**Brand Ambassador Duties**:

- Greet customers warmly and professionally, offering assistance and directing them to appropriate team members.
- Represent the Coach brand with poise, professionalism, and product knowledge.
- Support crowd control during peak periods and promotional events.
- Assist with loss prevention strategies and maintain a visible presence on the sales floor.

**About You**:

- Hold a current Security License and First-aid Certificate
- Experience relative to loss prevention, security and customer service is advantageous
- Certificate II in Security Operations
- Enjoy a rotational roster for work-life balance ( 34.5 hrs/wk and 26.5 hrs/wk)
