Customer Experience Ambassador

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Ambassador. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading organization in the fire, security & safety space.

The Opportunity:

As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers across Australia and New Zealand. You will contribute by delivering high-quality customer interactions, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide out-going calls to customers regarding scheduling a 4G upgrade to alarms and related security systems.
  • Deliver alarm compliance and phone service level targets for our Australian and New Zealand customer base.
  • Guarantee the service rendered to the external customer and internal customer.
  • Perform support administration functions in a timely and efficient manner to meet the expectations of the business.

Experience and Knowledge Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

- Proven experience in a Call Center/Contact Center environment.

- Ability to work with an ERP system (Pronto preferred).

- Experience working in shift rotations and environments.

- Experience working with a Monitoring system - MASTERMIND, Sales Force or similar.

- Experience working within the Security Industry/Alarm Monitoring.
