Customer Service Ambassador

GTC is a well-known restaurant in Korea, specializing in Topokki & Fried Chicken. We are excited to bring this amazing combination of flavors to Emporium Melbourne.
This role involves welcoming and directing customers, providing high-quality service, and explaining our menu. You will take orders, receive bills, serve, and clear tables while maintaining a clean environment.
We look for people who enjoy helping and serving customers, have a strong work ethic, self-motivate to pursue goals, and are responsible in completing tasks. Eligibility to work in Australia is required.
This position requires flexibility with availability throughout the week and on weekends. Experience in this role is preferable but not essential. We provide training for applicants unfamiliar with Korean Food.
Benefits include free drinks, food, and salary packaging. The schedule may involve 10 hour shifts, 8 hour shifts, afternoons, days, every weekend, fixed shifts, Monday to Friday, mornings, public holidays, rotating rosters, and weekend availability.
Applicants should be able to commute or relocate to Melbourne, VIC 3000. Required experience includes front of house work for at least one year, and authorization to work in Australia. Day shift availability is necessary.
