  • Providing engaging and personalized service to staff, clients, and contractors
  • Maintaining the reception spaces, guest lounges, and meeting rooms to high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Collaborating with security teams to ensure safety and security
  • Managing bookings and reservations for meeting spaces
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, including mailroom duties and report preparation
