- Working for Mercedes-Benz Australia in this full time temporary role, you will be a brand ambassador embodying our passion for service excellence and our care in providing flexible, innovative and tailor-made mobility solutions. In this position based at our head office in Mulgrave, Victoria, you will be joining a passionate and high performing team committed to delivering world-class training. The Training Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of administrative tasks. This role is both the face and the backbone of our team.

- Key duties & responsibilities:
- In this customer-facing role, you will be required to effectively respond to queries, offer solutions and provide guidance in an efficient and supportive manner.
- You will be supporting the Training Academy daily operations.
- Day to day management of the Training Centre.
- Management of the Global Training Learning platform ensuring data accuracy.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, finding efficiencies that allow us to better service our Learners.
- Assist with data analytics/reporting using training information.
