Our client, a corrections facility based in Melbourne's Western suburbs, is looking for a training administrator / coordinator for this busy and varied role. Your flexibility to juggle multiple priorities on any given day, including coordinating the employee induction program, scheduling training sessions, data entry and various administration duties, will ensure your success in this short-term temporary assignment.

Some of your duties may include:

- Coordination of Employee Induction Program
- Coordination of employee training sessions
- Use of internal LMS (Learning Management System)
- Data entry
- Administration duties

Required skills:

- Exposure to LMS desirable
- Solid administration skills preferred
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible attitude is critical
