As a member of the Lineage team, you are a critical link in the food supply chain.The Asia-Pacific region currently includes Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Singapore employing nearly 3000 team members.Training Coordinator - Laverton, MelbourneAs the Training Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting both the Planning and Operations teams by delivering a robust onsite training program.You'll ensure team members are equipped with the skills, knowledge and tools they need to work safely, efficiently and confidently – all while contributing to workforce flexibility through smart rostering and cross-training initiatives.What You'll DoFacilitate engaging new-hire orientation, site tours, and classroom-based trainingDeliver and coordinate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) trainingOwn and manage the training matrix, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standardsProcess onboarding documentation and manage team member availability within rostersSupport floor trainers and help develop a new cross-training matrixMonitor and report on training compliance across all departments (e.g. VOCs, standard work)Coordinate refresher sessions and support training needs analysisAssist in the creation of standard work instructions and support continuous improvement effortsPartner with the Planning Manager on job rotation programs for front-line workersSupport operations in resourcing and agency engagementWhat You BringEssential:Experience in a training coordination or similar role, preferably within warehousing, logistics, or FMCGStrong communication, organisation and influencing skillsConfidence delivering training to both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience with MHE, WMS, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong problem-solving mindset and collaborative approachPreferred:Experience working with external staffing or resource agenciesPower BI or dashboard creationExposure to warehouse planning and process developmentWho You'll Work WithInternal: Site Leaders, Operations, Logistics & Transport teams, HR, IT, Safety, Engineering, and moreExternal: Labour hire agencies, training providers, and key customersLineage Logistics is dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic work environment and encourages applicants from all backgrounds to apply.Our Purpose: Transform the food supply-chain to eliminate waste and help feed the world.Our Vision: To be the world's most dynamic temperature-controlled logistics company.Our Values: Safe, Trust, Respect, Innovation, Bold & Servant LeadershipWhy Lineage?
