Job Summary:

The role of Training Coordinator is pivotal in delivering and evaluating structured training programs across various engineering operations.

This position supports capability building, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance through tailored learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities include developing onboarding pathways and upskilling programs to meet operational goals, ensuring training programs align with compliance obligations and performance metrics.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate internal and external training activities, assign and schedule training tasks through the Learning Management System.
  • Deliver high-quality in-person training, support the roll-out of new systems, equipment, and processes.
  • Drive an effective onboarding experience for new hires by managing induction processes and ensuring timely training assignment.
  • Maintain and audit the Training Matrix across multiple sites, generate regular compliance reports and performance dashboards.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, completion data, and performance indicators.
  • Act as a primary contact for Engineering Operations, build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and participate in global meetings to represent Australia's training needs.

Secondary Focus: HSE Training Support

  • Ensure mandatory WHS and safety-related training is assigned and tracked in the LMS, collaborate with the HSE Business Partner to coordinate safety inductions and refreshers.
  • Maintain documentation and compliance for emergency response training, assist in onboarding safety protocols for engineering personnel.
