**THE OPPORTUNITY**
The Talent and Training Coordinator will directly contribute to AHB Group's mission by helping us ensure our employees are set up for success and equipped with the skills, knowledge, and tools required to deliver an exceptional customer journey.
This is a full-time role based in our Derrimut Head Office.
Monday to Friday: 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.
There will be travel required from time to time to different locations across Melbourne and Regional Victoria, to help support our regional hubs or sub-brands. However, this is not very frequent.
With the growth our business has gone through, we are no longer a small business, but we haven't yet transformed into a corporate cultured business, so you will navigate working with leaders, SMEs, Operations, Customer Service, and Construction professionals. All of whom operate and communicate differently. So an enthusiastic approach and the resilience to take a NO and turning it into a maybe will be key to your success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Onboarding and Induction:
- Work with our leaders to create, implement and continuously improve the onboarding and induction processes to ensure new employees are set up for success.
- Coordinate and deliver engaging induction sessions, introducing employees to AHB Group's culture, systems, and processes.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of induction content to reflect business changes, industry standards, and employee feedback.
Documentation of SOPs
- Collaborate with business units to document and standardize SOPs across all functions.
- Maintain a central repository for SOPs and ensure they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Regularly review documented procedures
- Ability to utilize AI, screen-capturing software, or platforms.
Training
- Partner with leaders across departments to identify training needs and gaps.
- Develop training programs, and materials
- Utilizing business leaders and SME's, facilitate and coordinate structured training sessions, ensuring engagement and knowledge retention.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, and assessments.
Talent Coordination
- Assist the Chief Talent Officer and Talent Acquisition Advisor in all things talent
- Help on Recruitment, HR, process, or other business initiatives
**ABOUT YOU**:
- Great communicator (Presentation, Written, and Verbal)
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Experience in documentation or SOP creation
- Process and systems driven
- Experience in creating onboarding and induction programs will be highly regarded
- Residential Construction experience will be highly regarded
- Someone who has a strong Hustle Game.
