Situated opposite Albert Park Lake, our dual-property Hotel has 378 rooms, restaurant, bar and café, and one of the largest conference spaces in Melbourne with 31 conference rooms. Never a quiet day, we are proud to work at Pullman and Mercure Melbourne Albert Park.
We are looking for a **Talent & Culture Coordinator**, to join our Talent & Culture team on a part-time or full-time basis.
This is a great role for someone who is looking for more exposure into the large world of human resources, with support to grow
Reporting to the Director of Talent & Culture, your duties will include:
- Managing the admin function of the employment lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employment variations and terminations
- Ensuring employee files and profiles on systems are up to date
- Supporting the Director of Talent & Culture with engagement, training and worker's compensation
- Facilitating orientation sessions for new employees
- Assisting with the betterment of the culture of the hotel
