Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal and external training and coaching programs to ensure every apprentice and trainee receives the right guidance.
- Process invoices and funding claims to support smooth operations.
- Consult with clients to understand their current and future workforce development needs and tailor training solutions accordingly.
- Ensure our delivery environments meet compliance requirements and remain welcoming and engaging.
- Champion learner wellbeing by implementing supportive initiatives and monitoring progress.
- Assist in crafting and refining policies and procedures related to our apprenticeship and traineeship offerings.
- Build relationships with Apprenticeship Support Networks and Government bodies to promote our programs effectively.
- Monitor training contracts and learner progress, addressing any roadblocks early.
- Keep learner records updated in Success Factors LMS.
- Process RTO enrolments and certificate issuance.
- Oversee onboarding experiences for new apprentices and trainees.
- Manage training logbooks and ensure documentation standards are met.
