**About the Company**
Our client is an independent media and marketing agency specialising in all aspects of paid, earned, and owned media. From digital marketing channels to traditional offline channels such as Radio, OOH, TV, and ambient media, they are known as the transparent and trusted media advisors to their clients.

**The Role**
We are searching for an exceptional Group Sales Manager to represent our client. As a Group Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in upholding our client's values and providing exceptional service to their clients. Your responsibilities will include driving client acquisition initiatives, fostering existing client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth and success of the organisation.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand current client base and increase market share.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored media solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and production, to deliver innovative and effective media solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure our offerings remain cutting-edge and competitive.
- Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and provide regular reports and insights to the Director.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in strategic sales role, preferably within the advertising, media, creative or digital sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop innovative sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data and market trends to drive informed decisions.
