**Must haves**:

- Minimum Cert 3 Individualised Support or equivalent.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Certificate of Completion - NDIS Quality, Safety and You Module
- Medication Competency
- Infection Control competency.
- Current valid driver's license and reliable fully insured vehicle
- Right to Work in Australia such as passport, visa, birth certificate
- Availability to do sleep shifts is a bonus

**Job Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Support Partners to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct support to individual/s, helping them to manage their conditions, build coping strategies, and achieve their personal goals. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care tailored to the client's unique situation.

**How to Apply?**

Pay: $33.74 - $42.18 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- support: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
