Job Title: Executive Support Partner

The role of Executive Support Partner is to provide high-level administrative support to senior managers, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support to two senior managers
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and travel bookings
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and emails
  • Handle confidential information with care
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support general admin tasks like invoices and records

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools

Work Environment:

This position is based in Perth OR Karratha, Western Australia. The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.
