As a key support partner, you will play a vital role in enabling our leadership team to succeed.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised and personable, with excellent communication skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Anticipating needs of senior leaders by using business acumen to prioritise and manage stakeholders effectively
  • Coordinating meetings, including room bookings, catering and preparation of documentation
  • Taking accurate minutes to document discussions, decisions and action items
  • Organising travel and accommodation
  • Preparing professional correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Coordinating social functions and events
  • Undertaking general administrative duties

To excel in this role, you'll need to have previous experience in a similar position, preferably within a dynamic and energetic organisation that values inclusivity and fun.
