Learning and Capability Risk Manager Role
The Learning and Capability Risk Manager plays a vital part in safeguarding the organization against potential risks and fostering a culture of proactive risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective training standards across various business units, ensuring seamless execution of required programs.
Establish strong partnerships with business leaders and stakeholders through collaborative communication and influence.
Conduct thorough assessments of training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with the business.
Design comprehensive educational solutions to address identified gaps, promoting employee growth and development.
Monitor the effectiveness of training programs by collecting and analyzing data, preparing detailed reports, and making recommendations for improvement based on feedback and performance metrics.
Essential Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years experience in learning and development roles, ideally in the financial services industry.
Prior experience working with design and delivering training & information to employees.
Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization with the ability to inspire teams.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to influence and align diverse audiences.
