Our client is a global and innovative company operating in the resources industry looking for a tenured and dedicated Executive Assistant to support the senior management team in further development of the business' growth. This role encompasses a range of different tasks to utilize your already solidified skillset, with endless opportunities for growth and career development. This company is searching for someone to join their fast-paced environment and be part of their high functioning team. This position is for an immediate start

**The Roles**

The roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Management of the head office and day to day office logistics
- Diary management for senior management
- Organising all staff travel arrangements
- Drafting and editing of different documentation
- Organising all company meetings and taking minutes
- Provide a high level of administration support to the senior management team.
- Data entry and switch board management

**Your Profile**
- Relevant industry experience as an Executive assistant working closely with senior management
- Excellent written and verbal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
